2. Types of Data Processed

Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols: IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Data voluntarily provided by the user Sending the contact form on the site involves the collection of the email address and any other data freely entered by the user (name, surname, telephone number, company), which are necessary to respond to the request.

Cookies and tracking technologies The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. Third-party analytical cookies (Google Analytics) may be present to measure site performance in an aggregated and anonymous form. For more details, please refer to the Cookie Policy.

4. Processing Methods and Data Retention

The data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Data provided via the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt. Navigation data is deleted within 90 days.

 

5. Data Comunication

Data is not disseminated. It may be communicated to:

  • Technical service providers (hosting, site maintenance) operating as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
  • Google LLC, as the provider of the Google Analytics service, for aggregated and anonymous data.
  • Public authorities, in cases provided for by law.

Next SRL does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, except to Google LLC, which provides adequate safeguards under the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

 

6. Rights of Data Subjects

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of the processing and a copy of your personal data

  • Rectification (Art. 16): request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Erasure (Art. 17): request the deletion of data when it is no longer necessary. 

  • Restriction (Art. 18): request the limitation of processing.

  • Objection (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
